Circle Lead Requirements

To start a Circle, you must:

• Be a MEN Active Member (consistent participation in an existing Circle)
• Complete Circle Lead Orientation (provided by MENGlobal)
• Demonstrate emotional maturity and consistency
• Commit to upholding the Brotherhood Code
• Facilitate weekly or bi-weekly meetings with your Circle
