Every Man Has a Path in MEN
The MENCircle Pathway maps the journey from a man’s first Circle session to his fullest expression of leadership and legacy within the MEN Movement.
This is not a hierarchy. It is a growth track.
The MEN Membership & Leadership Pathway
Stage 1 — Brother (Entry)
A man joins MEN and enters a Circle.
Requirements: Accept the MEN Creed, join a Circle, attend first 2–3 sessions.
Stage 2 — Active Member
Consistent engagement and participation.
Requirements: 70% attendance, participation in accountability rounds, respect & confidentiality.
Stage 3 — Contributor
Giving tangibly — time, skills, or resources.
Ways to contribute: Support Circle Leads, help organize events, volunteer for MEN Cares Fund.
Stage 4 — Ambassador
Leadership responsibility and public representation.
Requirements: Complete MEN Leadership Foundations, demonstrate MEN values publicly, recruit new brothers.
Stage 5 — Circle Lead
Leading a MENCircle of 5–12 men.
Requirements: Complete Circle Lead Orientation, demonstrate emotional maturity, uphold the Brotherhood Code.
Stage 6 — Chapter Lead
City-level leadership of the MEN Movement.

Stage 7 — MENGlobal Council
Global governance and vision protection.
Selected through observation, recommendation, and service record.
Stage 8 — Legacy MEN
Lifetime honor for extraordinary service and contribution.
